Our Weekend

We certainly had a busy weekend; but it was a lot of fun. We all left the house on Saturday morning at 8:30 to head up to the field house for Jack's flag football game. Afterwards, we did a quick run through WalMart to get a few items for the day, then it was back to the field house for Jack's 2nd flag football game. This one was a good one - on the VERY FIRST play, Jack scored a touchdown. A few minutes into the game, he intercepted which helped the team for another touchdown. This boy was on fire. He really enjoys football and we believe he has found his passion. Hopefully he will continue with it because he REALLY is good at it!

Caroline still wants to do gymnastics. We just need to get ourselves in gear and sign her up. We hate that she isn't doing anything yet and don't want her to feel that she's being slighted in any way because that is not the case. She really enjoyed Cheerleading and wished it continued longer.

After the games, we all headed to the Twins Club Easter party. Thanks to our good friend, Scott who provided airplane rides to the kids during the party. It was a hit with the kids. As always, we had a good time hanging with our "twins" friends.

Afterwards, Jack had a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese for one of his classmates. Then it was off to Pops & Gigi's house for a sleepover. Stace and I had a chance to spend some quality time with Lauren on Saturday night. Phew... what a day it was!

We'll post pictures this week, I just wanted to give everyone an update on how we are all doing. Spring is here (although March has been a rainy month) and we are enjoying being outdoors. So far the allergies haven't hit us too hard yet. Hopefully it will be a mild allergy season for this family.
