Hard to believe J&C will be done with first grade today! This school year flew by and now they will be in second grade. They are growing up fast. They had a GREAT year and both had absolutely wonderful teachers. J&C really 'grew' a lot this year academically and both did very well - Honor Roll, Citizenship Award, and Principals List! We are so proud of them. They are obviously some mixed emotions that comes with the end of school - excitement that summer has started, excitement over no more homework for 10 weeks, yet saddness over not seeing the friends we made everyday, and saying goodbye to a few who will not be back in the Fall. J&C have made some great friends that we hope will stay with them for a while. Per some recommendations from our neighbors, we have already submitted our request for certain teachers for J&C. Let's keep our fingers crossed the school will comply with our request.
We are looking forward to another great summer of camps, pool, and trips!!!
