This is no joke. This is someone's version of a mailbox. The postman actually delivers mail to them. As you can see, the phone book was too big to fit in the mailbox so they left it on the ground next to the char-grill. Yes, that's a bungee cord keeping the mailbox from falling off. Welcome to Caroline County!
