Three days into the new school year, and J&C seem to be enjoying 2nd grade so far. They seem to really like their new teachers as well, whom we met last week and got a good feeling for them as well. I think J&C will have no problems and will do exceptionally well again this year. We wish them both luck and hope they enjoy the school year.
We just can't believe how quickly time has gone by. Second grade already?! Wow.... seems like just yesterday they came into our lives and we were holding them in our arms. My how time flies by.... makes us realize to treasure each and every moment with the kids and to slow down and appreciate what is around us.
As for our little one, Lauren will continue to go to the local daycare/preschool which she absolutely loves.
Thank you to our three wonderful children who have been an absolute joy to have and for bringing so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives. Our lives wouldn't be complete without the three of you. You have each given us a sense of purpose in life. We promise to be the best parents we can be and to help grow you into the wonderful individuals that you already are. We love you so much and are so proud of each of you.
