Day at Kings Dominion

We all went to Kings Dominion on Saturday and spent a better part of the day there. After much walking and riding tons of rides, we had a great day there. There are still a few rides that J&C still can't ride yet because they are 46" right now, but they still had fun nonetheless. However, there are a few new rides they can go on this year. They absolutely love the Log Flume and Ricochet. Lauren was even excited to find out that she can even ride some of the toddler ones now too! She loved the swings and the little car buggy rides.

I hadn't had a chance to go yet this year, but the kids and Stacey have been a few times already. It was nice to spend the day there with the kids. Boy, were we exhausted by the time we got home! It sure is nice having Kings Dominion down the road and knowing we can go anytime we (the kids) want. I took some pics from my phone.

We had a good day yesterday as well. After church, we met Pops & Gigi for lunch and then headed home to spend some time at our pool. By the time we got to the pool, the kids only had a chance to spend about 20 minutes swimming before a storm came rolling through. Not much of a day to spend at the pool. However, the Wheeler family came down to play and the kids had a blast with each other (as always!).
