We Can Read!

Jack and Caroline read two books this week, "Go Dog Go" and "Put Me in the Zoo". They were extremely proud of themselves and worked very hard at reading the words to us; they did a fantastic job. There were a few words here and there that they needed some help with, but for the most part, they read most of it. It was amazing to hear them sound out the words. They have been working on phonics the last few weeks and we could tell that they were applying what they have learned thus far. Reading at night takes a little bit longer now, but its worth it -- just watching their little minds work.
