After a fun-filled week in Vermont, we are finally home! We had a wonderful time spending Christmas with my parents and sisters. The train ride home was much better than the ride up. Jack and Caroline were enjoying some of their new toys, while Stacey and I managed to keep Lauren occupied. J&C even made two new friends from CT to DC (Chase and Grayson). Let me tell you.... Lauren was the HIT of the train! Everyone kept commenting on what a great baby she was, how cute she is, etc. By the end of the train ride, she was certainly "milking" the attention. HA, LOL. Jack and Caroline were even given kudos for how well behaved they were. Such nice compliments to hear.
Because we arrived so late in DC, we ended up spending the night at Pops & Gigi's house because we did our Christmas on Sunday morning. Afterwards, we headed home and had our family Christmas here. Jack and Caroline were very excited to see a Wii under the tree! Truly a hit...
Caroline got even MORE Hannah Montana stuff, Jack more Pokemon and Star Wars, and they both got 4 new Webkinz (what is it about these dolls?!). Lauren got a bunch of great toys as well. Santa was certainly good to us this year. I promise to post pictures of our VT Christmas soon.
