Nicky from Australia arrived safely yesterday after a long journey to get here. For those of you who may not know, Nicky stayed with the Burns family for a year in 1987 when Stacey was in high school. The family has since kept in touch with Nicky and her family ever since. The last time Nicky was here in the U.S. was for our wedding, 6 years ago. Nicky's visit will not only include travels and stops in the U.S., but she will be here in VA with us for about 10 days. She has her 20-year high school reunion this weekend. We are looking forward to her visit and spending time with her.
Jack and Caroline are wrapping up their second week of swimming lessons and have done a remarkable job. We are very proud of their accomplishments these last two weeks.
