Welcome To Our World

So we have finally decided to join the ranks of the thousands of others and we created a blog of our own. The main reason behind it really has to do with John's dear friend, Jenna, who passed away unexpectantly on Wednesday, June 27. John and Jenna grew up together in Middlebury, VT and have been lifelong friends since 3rd grade. She was fighting Acute Myloid Leukemia for the second time in less than a year. She went in for a routine "hospital stay" for another round of chemo and the doctors found a small brain bleed Wednesday morning after she was complaining of a severe headache. We flew to Nashville for the funeral this past weekend and upon our return decided to start our own blog after realizing how many people kept track of Jenna's life thru hers. Many people stayed connected with Jenna thru her blog site. She was an inspiration to many through her strength, courage and positive attitude. She lived life to the fullest. She leaves behind a husband and three beautiful young children: Ashlee (7), Kaitlyn (5) and Jacob (18 mos). Please pray for them during this time. By creating this blog, those we love can keep track of our lives and keep all of us connected. We hope you enjoy our site! Welcome to our life!
