This weekend we celebrated Gigi (Thurs) and Pops (Fri) birthdays! Aunt Rusty and Uncle Denny came up from Suffolk to visit on Saturday and we all went out for a late lunch at Long Horn Restaurant. We had a wonderful visit (as always) with Rusty and Denny. It was nice to see Rusty off her feet after 6 or so weeks of recovery and therapy from knee replacement. She looked great and was feeling great! We hope to go down and visit them in Sept or Oct so they can meet Lauren.
We are anxiously awaiting the phone call from Meghan or Shari to let us know that Meghan is in labor. As soon as we get the phone call, Stacey will be on the next plane to MS. We are all so very excited to bring baby Lauren Jenna home.
Our friend Nicole had to bring her daughter Gracen to the hospital last night to have a Staph (sp?) infection drained. After church today, we went over to the hospital to visit little Gracen before she went into surgery. She is fine and they got the infection out and are happy to hear she is doing better! Poor girl. We will be back at the hospital on Thursday for Jack's surgery to have his tonsils and adenoids removed. Gonna be another busy week for the Broughtons!

Good luck with his surgery. Doesn't sound like any fun... Poor little tike. Hey lots of ice cream sounds good right now.....
I can't wait to read the blog and find out that Lauren Jenna has arrived for you both. I'm excited for you. I check the blog each day wondering if she has arrived yet. Well enjoy those last few night of sleeping that will be ending soon? LOL
