So far we are off to a good start today! Jack woke up at 8:30 this morning and barely complained that his throat hurt. He was supposed to get his medicine at 7:00, but we all overslept, so he didn't get this medicine until 8:30. He was also able to drink 2 glasses of juice. After our 3am wake up for medicine and seeing the amount of pain he was in, we surely thought we were going to have another long day. We are taking this as a sign that his throat is healing! We are so thankful, because it has been so hard to see him in all that pain. As a parent you just want to take it all away, but can't. In order to encourage that he continue taking his medicine, we told Jack that he would receive $1 for every dose. Hey, a little bribe never hurt no one right?! HA. Because Jack has done so well, we told him that once he has fully recovered, he could invite 5 of his buds to come over and spend the night. Boy, what have we gotten ourselves into?!
Stacey and Caroline went to the Multiples Summer Picnic last night at Dixon Park in F'burg. Caroline had a blast. Bless her heart, she was so bored here at the house these last 3 days and wanted so badly to play with Jack. She's been a trooper through all of this as well and will also receive a gift for being such a great sister.

I'm very happy Jack is doing so well. As a parent it's hard to see your child in pain. ICE CREAM LOTS OF IT......HEE HEE
I have all boys and someone seems to be hurt all the time. They have dedicated a room in the hospital for them. LOL Thank God the ER docotor is a friend of ours.
Any news on the arrival of Lauren? Are there any signs yet?
